You will receive a comprehensive ownership pack including a welcome letter, membership card, R&E owner guide, pricing schedule and points table and a points directory in due course. We will send you your rental and exchange membership within 6 weeks of signing the contract allowing you to consider booking a holiday elsewhere until your property is ready for occupation. Then sit back and wait for us to get in touch. We will endeavour to contact you at regular intervals with updates on progress thro out the course of the build. Open your front door and walk into a totally completed property. The furniture will all be in place, fittings all installed and operational and equipment ready for use. The coat hangers will be in the wardrobe so you can unpack then simply relax.

When temperatures are so high we agree it is not practical to walk. Blue C will provide a regular shuttle to and from the beach. Alternatively we can introduce you to a choice of Lawyers in Northern Cyprus who can act as your legal representative.
