Should you wish to visit Whiterocks we would be more than Happy to assist you with your travel arrangements to the jewel of the Mediterranean and offer a tailored inspection of the Whiterocks Resort and the surrounding area. A holding deposit of £1500 is required before your trip can be arranged, from which the cost of the trip will be subtracted should you not wish to buy or proceed with the sale. If you do proceed there will be no charge for the trip and the full holding deposit will go towards buying your new home.

Come on an inspection visit, which includes one-to-one care from our dedicated property consultants, they will arrange your flights on your preferred dates. Stay in a 5 star hotel on a bed and breakfast basis, we will arrange to transport you to and from the airport on your arrival and departure.

Flight information

U.K. airports include Heathrow, Stansted, Luton, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast, as well as most regional airports. You have two alternative airports to fly into: Larnaca on the South-side of the border and Ercan on the North-side. Both airports are approximately one hour’s drive from Whiterocks Resort in Bafra.

All EU citizens entering the North will automatically receive a three-month visa stamp free-of-charge. EU passport holders have free access to come over the border without a visa as South Cyprus is part of the EU, however you will need to show your passport at the border between South and North before you will be allowed to cross.

Flight Times

4 hours 30 minutes to Larnaca
6 hours to Ercan

The following airlines operate from the UK to Larnaca: Monarch, British Airways and Cyprus Airways. Flying from the UK to Ercan in Northern Cyprus is also easy, the plane stops at Turkey (Istanbul) but there is no longer a change of plane, you just stay on board for approximately 30 minutes before the aircraft flies to Ercan; you can fly with both Cyprus Turkish Airlines and Turkish Airlines.

Q: Can clients take an inspection visit if they are not ready to buy?

While our inspection trips are no obligation and are pressure free, the visit is designed for serious purchasers and as such will include: a visit to the development site, legal appointments, explanation of the purchasing process, explanation of the local amenities etc. If you do not have a serious interest in purchasing in Northern Cyprus this trip will be a waste of your time and ours and the costs will not be refunded. If however you have a real intention to invest we guarantee our professionals will give you the best service available on the island and the cost of the trip will be deducted from the purchase price. Q: Will there be enough time to make a decision?

At Blue C we do not believe in the hard sell approach, usually it is an instinctive feeling a person has within the first few minutes as to whether a property is the right one for them, if however it takes you a little longer to decide, we have the confidence in our product not to feel the need to rush you into signing a contract. You may wish to make your decision upon your return to the U.K. in the comfort of your own home, we are happy for you to do so, and even make arrangements so that this is possible; leaving power of attorney with a local Lawyer will allow you this luxury – you just inform them in writing when you are ready to proceed.
